Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
The recommended dose is 1 capsule per day, which contains a high dose of 8 billion (8×109) CFU**.

Mikrobiota capsules are intended for children older than 6 years of age and adults. The recommended dose is 1 capsule per day.

Capsule may be opened if necessary and the content can be mixed with a small quantity of water, fruit juice or yoghurt (at room temperature). Drink/eat immediately.
When used with antibiotics: the capsule should be taken 1 hour before or 3 hours after taking the antibiotic. It is recommended to take the product for at least 1 week after the end of antibiotic therapy.
When traveling: take the recommended dose one week before travel, during travel and one week after travel.
