CENTRAVIT® tablets are a vitamin and mineral food supplement.
CENTRAVIT® tablets are a vitamin and mineral food supplement. It contains 23 vitamins and minerals in carefully balanced amounts important for the normal functioning of the body.
Riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, folates (folic acid), vitamin B12, vitamin C, iron and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin A, vitamin D, copper, zinc and selenium contribute to normal function of the immune system.
The package contains 30/50/90 tablets.

Centravit tablets are intended for increased physical activity and designed for professional and amateur athletes. The product provides additional support during the winter months, with irregular and unvaried diet and various weight-loss regimens.
Take 1 tablet a day, with a meal.
Foods rich in zinc include seafood (oysters, shellfish), meat (beef, turkey), brewer’s yeast, eggs, pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds, wheat germ and grains (especially rye), legumes (soybeans, beans, peas, chickpeas, lentils), walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, artichokes) and mushrooms.
Zinc is better absorbed from animal foods, but zinc absorption from plant-based foods should not be overlooked.
The human body contains about 2 grams of zinc, and therefore this mineral can be classified as a trace element. In the body, it is mainly found in red blood cells, white blood cells, bones, muscles, liver, pancreas and prostate.
